Sauna Room Renovation Notice
As part of our commitment to continually enhancing your experience, we will be performing renovations on our Sauna Room, and it will be temporarily closed from October 27, 2025, till early December 2025.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities. The rest of the Body Rock and Rock Spa facilities, including our Steam Room, will remain open for your enjoyment.

*Guests must wear appropriate clothing and shoes while using our gym equipment. For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, all guests must adhere to the rules and regulations posted in the gym.
*Children under 16 years old prohibited in the gym, sauna, steam, whirlpool & cold plunge area for safety reasons.
