Free access to Roxity Kids Club for up to 2 children aged 4–12 years is available exclusively for guests staying in the Roxity Family Suite and Luxury Roxity Family Suite throughout their stay. Children under 4 years old (including infants below 1 year), are welcome to enjoy the Lullaby free of charge, provided they are accompanied and supervised by a parent or nanny at all times.
Access to Rock Royalty only for guests of Rock Royalty and Suite levels throughout their stay.
Check in time is from 3 PM and check out time is by 12 PM.
Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or below the circumstance where it appears that a reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.

Peak Season: 23th December – 1st January with minimum stay and compulsory New Year’s Eve Party on 31st December featuring an exclusive and elaborate buffet dinner, party, live music, and entertainment. Beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks included during dinner.
Room rate on the 31st December includes New Year’s Eve Party for 2 adults only. Kids below 6 years old is free of charge. Any extra person will be applied for compulsory New Year’s Eve Party at IDR 2,350,000 net per adult, IDR 1,175,000 net per child age 6-11 years old. Our reservations team will contact you for additional payment at the latest early December.
By law, all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at prevailing rates upon departure based on the default currency/exchange rate set by the hotel. Currency conversions are provided for reference only.
Deposit required at the time of booking as per package terms and conditions.
Deposit is non-refundable.
With the exception of Best Flexible Rate room package, deposit is refundable if cancelled outside of the reservation cancellation policy.
Please note that any modification to existing bookings will be subject to availability.
We require 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for booking modifications, otherwise a penalty 50% of the total room nights fee applies. For reservations with 100% prepayment of the total room nights, modifications made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the total room nights fee.
With the exception of Best Flexible Rate room package, we require 3 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for booking modifications, otherwise 1-night fee applies.
Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to contact us at bookings@hardrockhotels.net.
With the exception of Best Flexible Rate room package, cancel 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night penalty charge. If you fail to arrive, you will be charged a 1-night penalty charge.
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled dates without prior notice, or who shorten their stay, will be charged 50% of the total room nights at the confirmed rate. For reservations with 100% prepayment requirement of the total room nights, the charge will be 100% of the total room nights at the confirmed rate.
With the exception of Best Flexible Rate room package, guests that don’t arrive on scheduled dates without prior notice or shorten stay, a penalty of 1-night will apply.
