Bali, July 2023 – Hard Rock Hotel Bali will soon undergo minor upgrades of certain public spaces. At Hard Rock Hotel Bali, we are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience and we are confident that these updates will further elevate your stay with us.
This includes a facelift of the reception area, which will be given a new fresh and modern look. We will be introducing new online check-in and check-out, along with comfortable seating, to compliment brand-new check-in counters that will provide a more seamless and efficient check-in process.
In addition, we are upgrading our complete memorabilia collection, most noticeable the display cases at the main entrance to the property that wraps Centerstage Bar and inside the reception area. The entirely new collection will feature authentic pieces from international artists and bands including Pink, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, J Lo, U2, Pearl Jam, Van Halen, Elton John, Jimi Hendrix, to name a few.
At the same time, we will be revamping our Rock Shop retails spaces to offer a better shopping experience, featuring more impressive retail displays.
These projects begin in October 2023 and are scheduled to be completed before the busy festive season. Due to the location and nature of these projects, we expect it will have very little impact on guest’s comfort during their stay. All outlets and facilities will continue to operate as per usual.
