Resort Credit applies only towards:
ROCK SPA®: Credit is not combinable with other promotions or credits. Not applicable to SIGNATURE services or other spa discounts.
POSH® BEAUTY SALON: Resort Credit only applies to basic services and cannot be used for services with special promotions or discounts. SIGNATURE services in the Fashion Catalog are not eligible for Resort Credit promotion.
GOLF: Credit applies towards green fees, shared carts and golf rounds at the regular price. Additional services may be available at the golf course, which may not be applicable towards this promotion, not applicable for products at the ProShop.
Golf rounds include the green fee, twilight fee, and junior fee and exclude all other fees. Not applicable towards rental equipment, extra rider fees, or other concepts. Roundtrip transportation to the golf course is not included or applicable.

Free Round-Trip Transportation
This service applies for 2 adults on shared basis from International Cancun Airport (CUN) to Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and from the hotel to the airport (CUN). Extra passenger is subject to a charge according to the regular rate. This exclusive promotion is available only for direct bookings on our official website and does not apply to groups, third-party bookings, weddings, discounted rates, special rates, or tour operators.
Free transfer for two applies for new reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This complimentary transportation applies to reservations made between 4 days and up to 6 months prior to the check in date.
To confirm Transportation Service, please get in touch with us at least 96 hours before your arrival by sending an email to vacationplanners@hrhcancun.com with your booking information, full name, airline, flight number, date and time of arrival and number of passengers.

Children Stay Free
Apply to children ages 4-12 (proof of age will be required upon check-in). To get this benefit, children must be added to the reservation at the time of booking and must not exceed the maximum room capacity. An additional charge may apply if the child is not specified on the reservation. Blackout dates apply.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
Early check-in (12:00 pm) is subject to availability upon arrival and does not apply to arrivals on Fridays or Saturday. Late check-out (4:00 pm) is subject to availability upon your departure date.
To request this benefit, please visit the front desk at least 24 hours before departure to confirm availability. After this time, the promotion will no longer apply. This promotion does not apply to departures on Fridays or Saturdays.
