For your gala, there’s a 12,392-square-foot Rock n’ Roll Ballroom where 21-foot ceilings set the stage for a spectacular and dramatic event. The Cancun and Caribe Ballrooms can host more intimate events of up to 200 guests in an elegant, yet flexible space. Spectacular outdoor space includes the Sunset Terrace, which can accommodate 800 guests. When the sun goes down you’ll be groovin’ at the Garden Terrace or Infinity Terrace. The Hard Rock Hotel’s pristine Caribbean beach offers infinite oceanfront opportunities for a variety of functions.

The 21-foot ceilings in the Rock n’ Roll Ballroom sets the stage for a spectacular and dramatic space, which is our single-largest venue in Cancun, at more than 12,393 square feet (that’s 1151 square meters of conference venue if you use the metric system). The room may also be fixed up into 4 separate spaces with an elegant foyer entry for pre-function meeting space or cocktails.
When you’re in the mood to throw a little party for 170 of your closest friends, the Cancun Ballroom offers 2,015 square feet (or 187 square meters) of elegant yet flexible event space, which can be custom configured into 5 separate events areas.
