Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast is a smoke-free hotel. Non-smoking guests can enjoy an ultra-fresh smoke-free environment in all the hotel rooms, restaurants and public areas.
Anyone found to be smoking in their hotel room or at the balcony will be subject to a MYR 500 cleaning fee.
Guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can proceed to our designated smoking areas located at Level 1 and Level 3.
* Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes or vape, cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves, bamboo pipes and water-pipe smokes.
A valid ticket is required to enter and guests may purchase directly from the Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast, with direct walking access available for in-house guests.

The beach is a short 10-minute stroll from the hotel.
Check-in is from 3:00pm onwards, and check-out is at 12:00pm at the latest. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and please contact our Reception upon arrival, or during your stay. We will do our best to accommodate your request and charges may apply.
