• Minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
• Subject to the Adventure Waterpark’s operating days, limited availability, and closure.
• Adventure Waterpark is open daily (except Tuesdays), on Malaysia School Holidays & Public Holidays and Singapore School Holidays.
• Adventure Waterpark tickets are for during the stay period only. Unredeemed tickets will be voided, and no refund or other discount will be issued.
• Full prepayment is required at time of booking. Prepayment is non-refundable and no cancellation allowed.
• Rates do not include taxes, gratuities or other incidental charges.
• Rock Shop® discount and Adventure Waterpark tickets are applicable during the stay period only. Unused discount or unredeemed tickets will be voided, and no refund or other discount will be issued.
• This offer is not valid with groups, conventions, other promotional offers, tour packages or special rate programs.
• This offer may be altered or withdrawn at any time without notice.

These general terms and conditions (these Terms) apply to the 6 and Steady Giveaway Contest conducted and promoted by Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast through online entries only.

By providing your details to us (Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast) and entering our 6 and Steady Giveaway Contest you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms which govern the whole contract governing the operation and your entry into the Competition.

1. Eligibility: 
1.1 You must be aged 18 or over to be eligible to enter the Competition.
1.2 You may enter the Competition from 1 September 2024. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight GMT+8 on 30 September 2024. Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged (for example by data corruption) or delayed entries, or for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. Late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, corrupt or suspected fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
1.3 Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify from the Competition any entrant who Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast believes has not complied with these Terms or has not acted in good faith.

2. Competition Entry:
2.1 Entries shall be made in accordance with these Terms and shall be made online only through the provided Google Form.
2.2 A booking of the 6^th Anniversary room package must be made for entry qualification. One booking per person, per entry only.
2.3 The more experiences a person completes, the more chance they stand to win the prizes.
2.4 Submission of receipts, booking number, and contact details must be made through the Google form.
2.5 Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast will select a winner at random by drawing a name from the entrants. Selection of a winner under this condition is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2.6 If the winner does not come forward to claim his prize within 7 days or does not wish to accept his prize, a second name will be drawn at random and so forth until a winner has accepted.

3. The Prize:
3.1 The prizes will be one of the following: 

• A stay at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives
• A stay at Hard Rock Hotel Dalian
• A stay at Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen
• A stay at Hard Rock Hotel Penang
• A stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast
• 6^th Anniversary Merchandise Bundle

3.2 All stay are subject to hotel availability. The prizes do not include flight costs or any other remuneration.
3.3 Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast reserves the right at any time to cancel or change the Competition in any way if, at its sole discretion, it considers it necessary to do so.
3.4 There is no fee payable for entering the Competition or receiving the prize.
3.5 Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast reserves the right to withdraw a prize or provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value. In all cases the Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast’ decision is final. No cash alternative can be substituted for the prize.

4. Notification of Winners:
4.1 Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast will undertake a random draw of entries made to the Prize Draw. The winner will be contacted through the information provided on their entry submission form. If you are chosen as a winner and your contact details have changed since your entry, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast reserves the right to disqualify your entry and draw an alternative winner. Full details of the prizes and how to claim will be included with this notification.
4.2 Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast’s decision is final and binding in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
4.3 By entering this Competition you agree that your personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast. The winners name(s) and relevant details may be published on Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast’s website, Instagram, Facebook page & etc.
4.4 By entering the Competition, you warrant that all details submitted to Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast including (without limit) your name, address, age and all other information submitted during the registration process for the Competition or otherwise requested by Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast are true and accurate.
