Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast is a smoke-free hotel. Non-smoking guests can enjoy an ultra-fresh smoke-free environment in all the hotel rooms, restaurants and public areas.

Anyone found to be smoking in their hotel room or at the balcony will be subject to a MYR 500 cleaning fee.

Guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can proceed to our designated smoking areas located at Level 1 and Level 3.

* Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes or vape, cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves, bamboo pipes and water-pipe smokes.

A valid ticket is required to enter and guests may purchase directly from the Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast, with direct walking access available for in-house guests.

The beach is just a few minutes away and can be easily accessed via a complimentary buggy ride.

Check-in : 3:00pm onwards

Check-out : 12:00pm at the latest.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging: EV charging points are available in our car park for a fee.

Simply download the chargEV app on iOS or Android to access and pay for the service. Charging spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and no reservations are needed.

The hotel offers on-site parking, including motorcycle bays, with valet service available at a fee.

In-house guests enjoy complimentary parking for one (1) car per room. No card tapping is needed; simply register your car plate number at check-in.

For outside guests visiting the dining outlets, Rock Shop®, Rock Spa®, Roxity Kids Club™, or attending events, a flat rate of RM8.00 per day applies. Just tap your Touch ‘n Go, debit, or credit card at the Wilson Parking exit barrier.
