Amplified With Every Guest In Mind

Our KultureCity® sensory bags are available to support guests who may feel overwhelmed by certain sounds, lights, crowds or surroundings. Guests may use the sensory bags at our Sensory Inclusive Locations, Headphone Zones and Quiet Areas throughout the resort.

What’s Included in the Sensory Bag

Each sensory bag includes:

Noise-cancelling headphones
Fidget tools
Verbal cue cards
Strobe-Reducing Glasses
KultureCity® lanyard

Guests may request a sensory bag from Concierge, L1, Rock Royalty Lounge, L6 and Roxity Kids Club, L1 during their stay. A refundable security deposit of MYR 100 applies (except at the kids club).

Terms & Conditions

KultureCity® sensory bags are available upon request and subject to availability.
Guests may borrow a sensory bag from Concierge on Level 1 or the Rock Royalty Lounge on Level 6.
A refundable security deposit of MYR 100 is required upon request.
The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the sensory bag and all included items in good condition.
Sensory bags are intended for use within Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast during the guest’s visit or stay.
Each sensory bag must be returned to Concierge or the Rock Royalty Lounge after use.
Guests are responsible for the care of the sensory bag and its contents while in their possession.
Charges may apply for any lost, damaged or missing items.
Items included in the sensory bag may vary and are subject to availability.
Children using the sensory bag must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
