Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM (hotel local time), three days before arrival, to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
No-shows will be charged the full stay amount.
Daily breakfast is included for 2 adults in a King room / 2 adults and 2 children in a Double room, Studio Suite or Studio Suite Gold.
Complimentary unlimited Adventure Waterpark tickets are provided based on the number of registered guests: up to 2 adults in a King room / up to 2 adults and 2 children in a Double room, Studio Suite or Studio Suite Gold.
Adventure Waterpark opens daily except Tuesdays. It remains open on Tuesdays during Malaysian school holidays, Malaysian public holidays and Singapore school holidays.
Adventure Waterpark tickets are subject to limited availability, closure or cancellation without prior notice.
Adventure Waterpark tickets are valid during the stay period only.
Unlimited entry to Roxity Kids Club™ is subject to availability and maximum capacity.
