1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
- The Big Pink Walk is open to all ages (kids, adults, and seniors).
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Seniors are welcome, but those with medical conditions are encouraged to consult their doctor before joining.

2. Registration
All participants must complete the official registration form and payment before the closing date. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Event Check-in & Attire
- Participants must check in at the registration counter on event day.
- Official event T-shirt & bib must be worn during the walk except for the virtual walk.

4. Walk Guidelines
- The walk is non-competitive as it’s about wellness, awareness, and support.
- Participants should stay on the designated route and follow marshal instructions.
- Be respectful to other walkers and keep the event safe & fun.

5. Health & Safety
- Participants take part at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage.
- First aid and emergency support will be available on-site.

6. Media & Publicity
- By joining, participants consent to photography/videography, which may be used for promotional and awareness purposes.

7. Lucky Draw & Prizes
- All registered participants with RM 150 package and group bundle of package B are automatically entered into the lucky draw.
- Winners must be present to claim their prize during the prize giveaway session.
