Virtual participants will not take part in the physical walk or on-site event-day activities.
1. CHECK IN & GET READYStart your morning at Riverside Open Space, where registration and participant pack collection will take place. Registration opens from 5:30 AM. |
2. HOP ON THE SHUTTLEComplimentary shuttle services will run from Riverside Open Space to The Els Club Desaru Coast between 5:30 AM and 6:45 AM. Please arrive early and allow enough time to register, collect your participant pack and board the shuttle. |
3. WARM UP & WALK6:30 AM – Warm-Up Session Then it’s time to hit the 5KM route from The Els Club Desaru Coast to Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast . Bring your energy, keep the pink spirit going and enjoy the journey together! |
4. KEEP THE PINK GOINGAfter crossing the finish at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast, stick around for the programme, awareness activities and community experiences from approximately 8:00 AM onwards. |
5. RETURN TO RIVERSIDE |
The Big Pink Walk 2026 is open to participants of all ages. Children below 12 years old may participate free of charge and are encouraged to wear pink. Complimentary child participants will not be entitled to the official participant kit.
Participants below 12 years old must be accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian throughout the event.
Participants with existing medical conditions are advised to consult a medical professional before participating.
Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email or e-ticket.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration details submitted are accurate.
Participants take part in the event at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
Participants must comply with all instructions issued by the organiser, event officials, marshals, security personnel and medical responders.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant deemed unfit to continue for safety reasons.
First-aid and emergency assistance will be available throughout the event.
The organiser shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained during the event, except where required by applicable law.
By participating in the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded during the event.
The organiser reserves the right to use photographs, videos and recordings for publicity, promotional, fundraising and reporting purposes without further notice or compensation.
The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, venue, route or schedule if necessary.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, public safety concerns, government directives or circumstances beyond the organiser's control, the event may be postponed, modified or cancelled.
Any refund requests arising from cancellation or postponement shall be subject to the ticketing platform's refund policy and applicable administrative charges.
By registering for the event, participants consent to the collection, use and processing of their personal data for event administration, participant communication and operational purposes.
Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
