¹ Complimentary round-trip transportation for two people on a shared basis from the airport (SJD) to the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and from the hotel to the airport (SJD).
To confirm transportation, please request the transfer at least 72 hours prior to arrival/departure by calling +52-624-689-0300 ext. 4440 or by sending an email to vacationplanners@hrhloscabos.com. Timetable is Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Only bookings with rates that explicitly include transportation are eligible for this promotion. Bookings made with other promotions or rates that do not include transportation are not eligible. Transportation may be requested at an additional charge.
Free Transportation for Two is available for new reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights or more. Transportation perk is available for reservations made within 3 to 180 days of the reservation date.
² Apply to Kids ages 4-12. To get this benefit, children must be added to the reservation at the time of booking and must not exceed the maximum room capacity. An additional charge may apply if the child is not specified on the reservation. Travel dates only April 5th-December 16th 2026. March 28th - December 22nd 2027.
