WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT LOCATION?

We are located less than 10 minutes walking from Atocha Station, in Ronda de Atocha 17, in front of the Reina Sofia Museum, Madrid.

Do you have parking? What are the rates?

ARE YOU A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL?

Of course! You can enjoy a wide range of options at any time of the day. Sessions restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, as well as the Guitar For Two brunch on weekends. For drinks and snacks to the rhythm of the best music you can opt for our lobby bar GMT+1. In the summer season we open our RT60 rooftop bar, located on the eighth floor of the hotel, set in NY and with 360º views of Madrid. Finally, if you don't want to leave your room, our room service is available 24 hours a day!

IS IT NECESSARY TO BE A GUEST TO ACCESS THE RESTAURANT, BAR OR TERRACE?

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM PUERTA DEL SOL, GRAN VIA OR PLAZA MAYOR?

WHAT KIND OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE NEAR THE HOTEL?

In addition to having the Atocha Station less than 10 minutes walking, where you can find trains and commuter trains for excursions, our hotel has two metro stops less than 5 minutes away: Estación del Arte (line 1), and Palos de la Frontera (line 3). In addition, we have numerous bus stops nearby, with which you can move around the city at any time of day.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE AIRPORT?

The journey by car is approximately 20/30 minutes, depending on traffic, timetables and events in the city. By public transport, there are suburban trains leaving from Atocha Station, as well as a special bus line that connects Atocha with the four airport terminals. Our Guest Experience team will be able to answer further questions regarding this issue, as well as manage transfers and cab reservations.

IS THE POOL OPEN DURING THE ALL YEAR?

No. Our swimming pool located in the Roxy Garden on floor -1, is only open during the summer season, approximately from April to October (variable date always subject to weather conditions).

CAN I ACCESS THE POOL IF I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL?

Yes! We have a Day Pass for you to spend a super pool day in our oasis located in the heart of Atocha. You can choose between sun lounger or Balinese bed, and disconnect from the rhythm of the capital like a rock star. Prices and booking options are only available during the summer season.

WHAT DOES BREAKFAST INCLUDES AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Sessions Restaurant, located on the main floor of the hotel, offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of sweet and savory, as well as hot dishes a la carte. You can recharge your batteries for the most important meal of the day by choosing your favorite options. The price is €19 from Monday to Friday, while on Saturdays, Sundays and festive days it is €21.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT GUITARS FOR FREE?

Yes, that's right! With the Sound of your Stay program you can play guitar, bass or ukulele in your room for free, with a Fender amplifier and Marshall headphones so you don't have to worry about the noise.
