UNITY is the Hard Rock Hotels membership program that allows guests to earn points and enjoy exclusive benefits across the brand’s hotels, restaurants, Rock Shops, and casinos.
Members can access special rates, earn and redeem points, get online Rock Shop discounts, birthday desserts in restaurants, and additional perks depending on their tier, such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, or weekend breakfast at higher levels.
The program has two types of points: UNITY POINTS, which are earned through spending (1€ = 3 points) and can be redeemed, and TIER CREDITS, which determine the member’s level (1€ = 1 credit). Points may expire if there is no activity for 6 months, while tier credits reset annually.
