STAY COOL AT THE POOL DAY PASS

 

Do you want to spend a day in our pool without staying at Hard Rock Hotel Madrid? Get your Day Pass and disover our oasis in the heart of Atocha, in the center of Madrid. 

POOL CLOSED UNTIL SUMMER 2026

Monday to Friday:

  • Sun loungers 50 euros per person (VAT included),Balinese bed 100 euros each (maximum 3 people).

Saturdays and Sundays:

  • Sun loungers 70 euros per person (VAT included), Balinese bed 150 euros each (maximum 3 people).

Price does not include credit for food or beverage. 

  • Credit is applied per product, not per number of people.
  • A sun lounger and towel are included with the day pass (private towels may not be used). The towel service has a deposit of 40 euros which will be refunded upon departure from the hotel with the return of the towel.
  • Children up to 3 years old are free of charge. From 3 to 12 years old, a discount of 20 euros is applied. Over 12 years old pay full admission. 
  • Cancellation policy due to pool closure (weather conditions or force majeure): a refund or rescheduling of the reservation for another date will be offered.
  • Cancellation policy (customer): more than 24 hours notice full refund. Less than 24 hours notice no refund. 
  • Cancellations must be requested through the confirmation link. Once requested, the customer will have to contact F&B via e-mail to request a refund or change of date.
