OPEN EVERYDAY FROM 6 PM TO 1 AM
This drink is a special version of Carrie's signature Cosmopolitan. A cocktail based on Grey Goose vodka, Italicus herbal liqueur, cranberry cordial and a touch of citrus.
Don't be intimidated by its citrusy appearance: this cocktail keeps its sweetness inside like Miranda. Based on Santa Teresa 1796 rum, this drink mixes flavors such as cinnamon, lemon juice, and angostura bitters.
The most daring combination in cocktail form, representing Samantha. A drink based on Altos Olmeca Blanco Tequila, and mixed with Grand Marnier liqueur, maple syrup and lime.
A cocktail with a sweet and delicate appearance, but with character like Charlotte. Created based on Beefeater Black, with Saint Germain liqueur, lychee syrup, rose water and rosé wine.
The contest will begin on June 1, 2025 and end on September 30, 2025, taking place on our RT60 terrace, located on the 8th floor of the hotel.
During the month of June, we will feature a different cocktail each week, giving you the chance to try all four. From July to September, all four will be available all month long. We will announce each featured cocktail on our socials and our website weekly.
To enter the contest, order your cocktail and ask your server for the QR code to register your visit. All four cocktails will need to be ordered during the summer months in order to qualify. Good luck!
