Airport Transfers

In order to arrange the airport transfers, please share the following information with us at least 3 days prior to your arrival:

Arriving and departing flights – Airline name and flight number
Accompanying guest name(s) and date of birth for all traveling guests

Inclusive of tax, the shared speed boat round trip airport transfers charge is:

USD 180 per Adult (12 years old and above)
USD 90 per Child (6-11 years old)
Complimentary for children below 5 years and below

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our airport representatives who will be holding a signboard of “Hard Rock Hotel Maldives”, who will assist you through the airport and guide you to the transfers which will be arranged for you. The duration of the trip is a 20-minute boat journey from Velana International Airport.

Private return speed boat transfer: USD 1,200 for maximum of 15 pax. The transfer charge is not included in the room rate. To arrange the transfer, please contact rsvn@hrhmaldives.com and share your full names and flight details at least three days prior to arrival.

*If you stay at another property before traveling to our resort, please advise the property name and your contact number in order for us to coordinate the transfer time and meeting point at the airport one day before arrival.

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is optional for all bookings made for staying over 24th December (Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge):

For guests booked on meal plans: USD 115.83 per Adult (12 years and above)
For guests booked on Bed and Breakfast: USD 231.66 per Adult (12 years and above)
Complimentary for Child (0 to 11 years old)

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is optional for all bookings made for staying over 31st December (Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge):

For guests booked on meal plans: USD 115.83 per Adult (12 years and above)
For guests booked on Bed and Breakfast: USD 231.66 per Adult (12 years and above)
Complimentary for Child (0 to 11 years old)

Taxes

Please be advised that the rates quoted are subject to change in the event of any new or increased government taxes or levies. Should there be any changes in tax laws or regulations after the confirmation of your reservation, any resulting additional charges will be reflected in the final invoice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Hotel Policies

Guests who book to stay at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months. Hard Rock Hotel Maldives does not accept responsibility for any guest that is refused to enter the Maldives based on an invalid passport; we strongly advise all guests to check their passport expiration date before traveling.
Check-in time: After 2:00 PM. Guaranteed early check-in can be arranged at the rate of one night‘s stay prior to the arrival.
Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM. Guaranteed late check-out can be arranged by booking an additional night’s stay.
Due to privacy and safety concerns, the use of unmanned aerial devices or aerial “drones” are strictly prohibited on or in the proximity of the resort premises.
A credit card authorization or a cash deposit is required upon check-in for any incidental charges that may occur during your stay. Bed & Breakfast Plan: USD 200 per room, per night (maximum 5 nights). Half Board, Full Board, All-Inclusive Plans: USD 100 per room per night (maximum 5 nights).
