Terms & Conditions

  • Prices displayed above are subject to 10% Service Charge and 16% TGST.
  • Meals cannot be taken in different restaurants during the same meal period.
  • Meal plan upgrade must be purchased for all guests in the room/villa. All bookings must have same meal plan for all guests staying the same booking per stay. 
  • NO beverage vouchers will be issue to the guest.
  • Guests receive a USD 50 dining credit for dinner at the outlets marked with **
  • Children aged 12 years old and above shall be considered adults.
  • Children between 0 and 11.99 are complimentary using children’s menu or 50% off meal plan. Free kids meals are available at Ministry of Crab, Nihonbashi Blue, Carne Diem, and Kalhu Odi.
  • All the listed beverages will be served only by glasses and not by bottles, available during the opening hours of the bars and restaurants.

ALL-INCLUSIVE Terms & Conditions:

  • All Inclusive package does NOT include Mini Bar, In Villa Dining and outlets marked with ** at The Marina.
  • The beverage package is applicable in all bars and restaurants EXCEPT In-Villa Dining, Mini Bar and The Marina outlets marked with **
  • Only selected beverages which are listed in the package will be offered.
  • Any other beverages which are not included in the packages and consumed extra, will be charged directly to the guest.
  • If the guests will show the signs of intoxication or misbehave, the restaurant and bar managers have authority to stop serving alcohol to such guest.
  • On non-availability of particular listed beverage, an alternate beverage will be offered by hotel team.
  • The guests who choose beverage package cannot offer any of the drinks to his friends or others if they are not part of the package.
  • Meal plan upgrade must be purchased for all guests in the room/villa. It is not allowed to purchase the upgrade for only one person in a double occupancy room.
  • Unused meal package benefits are not refundable or non-extendable to the next day and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

PREMIUM ALL-INCLUSIVE Terms & Conditions:

  • Is an optional supplement and is in addition to the base meal plan of the hotel.
  • The whole remaining duration of a stay must be on the same meal plan basis.
  • Families, guests sharing rooms or travelling as a “party” must always be book under the same package conditions, this also stands for children and teenagers.
  • All drink and food items are for personal consumption only, and must be ordered one at a time. The drinks and food items may not be shared with a person who has not opted for the Premium All Inclusive package.
  • Any drink or food items, offered to a non-resident/visitor, will be charged at list prices.
  • No take away orders from restaurants can be made on Premium All Inclusive package.

NOTE: ALL the benefits included in regular All Inclusive package are a part of Premium All Inclusive package.
