The watersports centre is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including smart kits, knee-boards, wakeboards, jet-skis, sea bobs, banana boats, fun tubes and much more. The team are extremely experienced and can advice about which activity would suit your desired adrenaline levels most! 

Enjoy a free use of snorkeling equipment, kayak, and pedal boat while all other activities are chargeable.

Discover the beautiful underwater scenery surrounding our resort which consists of coral reefs, drop-offs, wrecks, and caves where you will find reef sharks, tuna, stingrays, turtles and more. Based on your skills and weather conditions, Best Dives expert team will pick the best dive site for you. Some of the popular dive sites include Vadhoo Caves, Emboodhoo Express, and Christmas Rock.

Best Dives also offer PADI courses for divers of all abilities, including first-timers and children.

This is a moderate impact full body workout class. With a variety of dance moves synced with music and water resistance, this class not only is a fun and energetic workout but also help to improve strength, coordination and muscular endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels as modification can be provided.

Lauren Ault is a British aerialist and has 14 years' experience as a gymnastic coach and 5 years as an aerial coach. Her qualification in aerial hoop, silks and hammock is from beginner to advance level.

- UK Aerial Performance Championships professional silks finalist 2023
- IPAAT (International Pole and Aerial Tournament) advanced silks finalist 2024
- 2020 1st place professional hammock at Wings Fest Online Aerial Competition
- 2017 1st place amateur silks and lyra at Australian Circus Championships

Aerial is a fun and exciting full body work out. We keep class sizes small to ensure that all of our aerialists are fully spotted in their new skills using professional level equipment with experienced instructors. Classes run between 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on class size and will include a warm up, introduction to new apparatus and skills and a cool down. With plenty of photograph opportunities available!

Aerial hammock - also known as sling, the hammock is a fabric based apparatus with a loop at the bottom. We will learn a variety of upright and inverted moves such as backstar, gazelle, arch and splits away. The hammock also offers good opportunities to stretch out your back and shoulders.

Aerial silks are another fabric based apparatus similar to hammock but slightly more challenging for beginners. When you are comfortable with the basic skills on other apparatus we will start to learn different techniques for climbing and footlock positions.

Aeiral hoop - also known as lyra - is a hanging metal ring which can be used for static and dynamic acrobatic poses. We will learn different mounts and poses such as man in the moon, mermaid, and splits.

Static Trapeze is a bar based apparatus attached with ropes. We can perform positions both above and below the the bar. We will focus on some standing and sitting moves on the bar.

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at The Red Mat is open for everyone (beginners and intermediate, kids, ladies). We offer free use of Gi and free daily laundry for your Gi, should you bring one. No belt certification is offered.

The Red Mat is affiliated with Checkmat, an international Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu association and team founded in 2008 by Leo Vieira and headquartered in Long Beach, California, USA.
