- A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night room charge, excluding service charge and service tax, will be collected upon confirmation of booking. Balance of reservation (prevailing taxes) will be charged upon arrival.
- Amendment of booking is allowed up to 3 days prior to arrival. Surcharge may apply depending on new dates of stay.
- Deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or amendment less than 3 days prior to arrival.
- Hotel credit is not exchangeable for cash and must be utilised within the duration of stay. Unused amount is not transferable and will not be refunded.
