Best Flexible Rate

• Third person charge applies depending on room type and meal plan.
• In the event of Rock Royalty Lounge closure, RM100 nett credit vouchers will be extended in lieu of the club lounge benefits.
• Any no show or cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival will subject to a no show or cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night for every room booked.
• Policy for the Festive/Peak Season from 19 December 2025 – 4 January 2026 and 18 December 2026 - 3 January 2027:
  a) Any cancellation made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night for every room booked.
  b) Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to full duration of stay.
  c) Any amendment made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
  d) In case of no-show, an amount equivalent to the full duration of stay will be charged.
• Room rates are subject to 10% Service Charge & prevailing taxes.
• All rates, service charge and prevailing taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
• Penang Council Fee of RM3 per room night (if applicable) should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
• Tourism Tax of RM10 per room night (if applicable), imposed on non-My Kad and non-MyPR cardholders, should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
