Long StayPackage

• Minimum of 10 nights stay.
• Rooms are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing taxes.
• Third person charge applies to third adult or child, 12 years old and above.
• A credit card number is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
• Reservations not guaranteed may be released 5 days before arrival.
• Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night charge.
• No-show will be subject to a charge equivalent to a three-night stay.
• Check-in time is from 3.00 pm and check-out is until 12.00 noon.
• Surcharge applies on Fridays, Saturdays, Malaysian School Holidays and selected peak periods.
• Should stay fall short of 10 nights, Best Available Rate is applied and Long Stay benefits will not be applicable.
• Rooms and bedding request are subject to availability.
• The package cannot be combined with any other programmes, promotions and existing offers.
• All rates, service charge and prevailing taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
• Penang Council Fee of RM3 per room night (if applicable) should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
• Tourism Tax of RM10 per room night (if applicable), imposed on non-My Kad and non-MyPR cardholders, should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
