Our tee design contest is back - bigger, bolder and ready for your creative spark. Take inspiration from Penang’s vibrant cityscape and transform it into a standout design on our signature black tee. If your design rocks the hardest, it'll be produced and worn by Hard Rock Hotel fans around the world.
Open to all guests aged 18 and above. One entry per participant.

2. Unleash Your Creativity
Design a tee that captures the iconic vibe of Penang. Be sure to follow the theme, use the official logo and the tee mockup provided in the Design Kit.
3. Send Us Your Design
Email your final artwork in PDF or PNG format, at 300 dpi and under 10 MB to marcom.penang@hardrockhotels.net. Include your full name, contact number, home address and a brief concept description (under 100 words).

Submission Deadline:
All entries must be received by 29 August 2025.
Winner Announcement:
The winning designs will be revealed on 18 September 2025 via our social media channels.

The winning design will be produced, sold or distributed by Hard Rock Hotel Penang and credited on our official channels where applicable.

1. Design Requirements
- Must be original, unpublished and created by the participant.
- No offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content is allowed.
- Messaging must NOT include: profanity, political or religious content, discriminatory remarks, Covid-19 references, names of sports teams, bands or celebrities or any divisive messaging.
- Acceptable content includes personal names, dates, simple notes or non-offensive quotes.
2. Submission Format
- No physical submissions will be accepted.
3. Winner Selection
- Judged by the management of Hard Rock Hotel Penang, based on creativity, originality, concept, brand alignment and visual presentation. All decisions are final.
4. Intellectual Property
- By submitting an entry, participants agree that the winning designs (Champion and Top 3 Finalist) will be the sole property of Hard Rock Hotel Penang.
- The hotel reserves the right to edit, reproduce, use and distribute the winning designs in any format for marketing, merchandising or promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
- The winning design may be modified to meet production or branding requirements.
5. General Conditions
- Late submissions or entries that do not comply with the contest guidelines will be disqualified.
- The hotel reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of plagiarism or any form of intellectual property infringement.
- The hotel shall not be held responsible for any data loss, technical issues or failed submissions.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions outlined herein.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend the contest timeline at its discretion.
