Third-person charge at RM120++ per night inclusive of one rollaway bed.
Policy for the Festive Season from 13 December 2024 – 6 January 2025: a) Any cancellation made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night for every room booked. b) Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to full duration of stay. c) Any amendment made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be treated as cancellation. d) In case of no-show, an amount equivalent to the full duration of stay will be charged.
Room rates are subject to 10% Service Charge & prevailing taxes.

Penang Council Fee of RM3 per room night (if applicable) should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
Tourism Tax of RM10 per room night (if applicable), imposed on non-My Kad and non-MyPR cardholders, should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the above rate).
