• AAS member must indicate their AAS member's e-card number in the Special Request column at the point of booking via hotel website or through the hotel Reservations Office.
• Member's e-card holder's name should be the same as the registered guest name, guest should state their e-card number and present the e-card at reception upon checking in. 
• Applicable for new bookings only.
• Third person charge is applicable for an extra adult or child above 12 years old.
• Any no show or cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival will subject to a no show or cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night for every room booked.
• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability at the time of reservation.
