• Pre-payment (non-refundable) equivalent to full duration of stay is required directly upon confirmation of booking.
• Amendment of booking is allowed up to 3 days prior to arrival. Surcharge may apply depending on new dates of stay. 
• Pre-payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or amendment less than 3 days prior to arrival. 
• Minimum 2 nights length of stay is required.
• The third person will be charged RM280++ per night inclusive of one rollaway bed, buffet breakfast and Rock Royalty Level Lounge access and privileges.
