Hard Rock Hotel Penang is celebrating this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival with The Mooncake Lounge and the launch of its highlight — The Broadcast Box. Inspired by vintage radios, the limited-edition keepsake combines retro design with modern craftsmanship. Only 500 sets are available, priced at RM338 nett per box (excluding delivery).
Each Broadcast Box contains six halal-certified mooncake flavours, created with reduced sweetness to suit contemporary tastebuds: White Lotus, Pandan Lotus, Green Tea Lotus, Himalayan Pink Salt Rich Chocolate, Osmanthus Oolong Tea, and Thai Milk Tea Lotus. The collectable box embodies Hard Rock’s signature blend of style and substance, featuring four decorative buttons with the brand mottos: Love All – Serve All, Take Time to Be Kind, All is One, and Save the Planet.

Something fun, nostalgic and unique that guests could enjoy and remember long after the season’s over.”
Every set comes with a serialised lucky draw ticket, with winners announced on Hard Rock Hotel Penang’s social media channels at the end of October 2025. Prizes include a two-days one-night stay in the King Suite with Rock Royalty Lounge access and multiple Seaview Deluxe Room getaways.
Guests can enjoy exclusive savings with 20% off for early bird orders placed by 7 September 2025, 10% off for in-house guests, Stage Pass Members, and diners at the hotel’s F&B outlets, along with tiered bulk purchase offers of up to 25%.
Delivery and self-collection are available from 1 September 2025 onwards.
