Maintenance Notice

  • Kids' Water Play Area Maintenance Notice

Updated as of 17 April 2026

The hotel will undertake essential safety rectification work on the kids’ water play flooring from 3 – 9 May 2026. During this period, the kids’ water play area including the slides will be temporarily closed. To keep the fun going, the swimming pool remain open as usual while our Vibe Team keeps you entertained with exciting activities throughout the day. The kids’ water play area and slides will reopen at 9.00 am on 10 May 2026.

Scheduled Renovation Works

  • Rooms Renovation
    We would like to advise that to enhance our guest experience, the hotel is undertaking Phase 1 of our scheduled renovation works for selected rooms and the Rock Royalty Lounge from 30 March 2026 until November 2026. During this period, the hotel is operating as usual with the remaining rooms available for reservation. Hotel facilities including restaurants, swimming pool, Rock Spa and gym remain fully operational. We look forward to serving you in our beautifully renovated rooms from mid-November 2026 onwards.

The Rock Royalty Lounge is closed during the renovation period as we work to enhance and elevate your future experience. While the lounge is unavailable, rest assured that alternative arrangements are in place to ensure your comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
