1. Who Qualifies?

• Available only for new reservations with a minimum stay of three nights.
• Your booking must be made between 10 days and six months before check-in.
• Reservations made within nine days of arrival are NOT eligible for this complimentary service.

2. How to Secure Your Free Transfer

• Book early! You must schedule your transfer at least eight (8) days before arrival by emailing transferpc@hrhcpuntacana.com with your full name, reservation number, and flight details.
• Missed the deadline? If your request is made seven (7) days or less before arrival, standard transfer fees will apply.
• Transfers are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.

⁴ Flexible Check-in / Late Check-out:

 Late Check-out: This promotion allows for a check-out until 4:00 p.m. on your departure day. To request this benefit, please visit the reception desk at least 24 hours before your departure to confirm availability. After this time, the promotion will no longer apply. This promotion is valid only for departures from Sunday to Thursday and does not apply to departures on Fridays or Saturdays. Promotion is subject to availability.

 Early Check-in: Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival and does not apply to arrivals on Fridays or Saturday.
