*Round-trip Transportation for two persons in a shared van from PUJ Airport to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana: To confirm your pick-up, please email us at transferpc@hrhcpuntacana.com  at least 9 days before your arrival. Requests made within 8 days will incur regular fees. This transportation service cannot be combined or accumulated with other transportation or transfer services. Additional guests will incur regular rates. This transportation service is not valid for reservations made within 9 days of arrival.

**Balinese Bed for a day (Operating Hours): Includes a mini cake and a bottle of house sparkling wine for 2 adults, provided as part of the service on the Balinese bed.

***Romantic poolside dinner for 2 adults (using existing menu): The location is determined by the hotel team and is subject to change due to weather conditions.

Amenities/services included in this package must be requested directly at the hotel at least 24 hours in advance at the Vacation Planners' desks, by email at vacationplanners@hrhcpuntacana.com, or by calling from the hotel room at Ext 4444 during the following operating hours: 9 AM - 6 PM. Unrequested or unused services/amenities are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.

*Balinese Beds: During holiday periods, including Christmas and New Year, Bali bed reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel this package without penalty, it must be done 10 days before the check-in day; otherwise, it is non-refundable.
