In order to comply with Dominican Law 155-17 that delegates jurisdiction of all casinos to the Direccion de Casinos y Juegos de Azar ( Dominican Gaming Board), who under resolution 204-17 under its article 17 states the following:

Article 17 – Identification of Clients: All casinos must establish mechanisms of control and procedures to identify all gaming clients, acquiring pertinent information and valid credentials that include:

  • Full name
  • Government issued ID, IE Passport, Country ID or Driver’s License
  • Full address
  • Telephone and email
