To secure and confirm your pick-up, kindly email us at transferpc@hrhcpuntacana.com  at least 8 days before your arrival. If requested within 7 days, regular fees will be applicable. This exclusive benefit is exclusively available for new direct reservations through www.hardrockhotels.com/punta-cana/ and does not extend to groups, third-party bookings, weddings, discounted rates, special rates, online agencies, or tour operators.

Please note that the complimentary round-trip transfer for two people is limited to travel from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to the hotel. If you are booking flights arriving at Las Americas Airport (SDQ), the complimentary transfer does not apply. However, this service can be arranged by contacting transferpc@hrhcpuntacana.com  at least 8 days before arrival, subject to an additional charge. It is important to note that these additional fees must be prepaid before arrival. Additional terms and conditions may also be applicable.

**Children’s ages MUST be notified on the reservation and ages must be accurate at time of travel (proof of age will be required upon check-in)./ In the event that ages are incorrect, the difference in the rate will be charged upon check-in. Kids at $25 USD does not apply on these dates:

• July 1 - August 19, 2023.
• November 18 - November 24, 2023.
• December 23, 2023 - March 31, 2024.
• June 22 - August 17, 2024.
