WEDDING GROUP BENEFITS

  • 10 - 19 rooms or 30 - 59 room nights = 2 hour dinner reception, standard setup included, food & beverage included.
  • 20 - 29 rooms or 60 - 89 room nights = 4 hour dinner reception, standard setup included, food & beverage included.
  • 30 - 49 rooms or 90 - 149 room nights = 3 hour dinner reception*, 3 hour additional event*, standard setup included, food & beverage included.
  • 50 - 89 rooms or 150 - 269 room nights = 4 hour dinner reception*, 4 hour additional event*, standard setup included, food & beverage included.
  • 90+ rooms or 270+ room nights = 5 hour dinner reception*, 5 hour additional event*, standard setup included, food & beverage included.

*Must be used on different days

 
ROOM UPGRADES

The couple will receive one (1) complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category when booking 25 rooms or 75 + room nights.**

**Subject to space and availability of the resort. If the couple has already booked a Hard Rock Caribbean Diamond/Deluxe Diamond/Junior Suite room, then they will have the option to pass the “upgrade” to a family member for the same number of nights booked. A 3-night minimum stay is required per reservation in order to apply towards benefits.

 
  • 1 room free for every 15 rooms for high* and mid season**
  • 1 room free for every 12 rooms for low season***
  • Complimentary Room Fee: Single $30, Double $50 (per night)
 Maximum complimentary rooms: 4 rooms
*High Season = January 1-April 30, June 16-Aug. 21
**Mid Season = May 1-June 15, Oct. 1-Nov. 30, Dec. 16-23
***Low Season = Aug. 22-Sept. 30, Dec. 1-15
 

In order for Wedding Group Benefits to apply, all reservations must be booked through the same Tour Operator and Travel Agency (if applicable) with or without a group contract. Couple’s reservation must be part of the group booking for benefits to apply. These benefits are offered when group is reserved directly through the Wedding Department. Benefits are subject to change based on the couple’s booking source. If there are guests that book outside the booking source, the Couple will be charged $25.00 USD per person, per event, for the guests to attend. 

Complimentary rooms are awarded to groups starting at 5 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights each. A surcharge per room, per night will apply for complimentary rooms for taxes and gratuities. Complimentary rooms are awarded on room category booked up to Caribbean Diamond/Deluxe Diamond/Junior Suite and double occupancy only. Complimentary rooms will be awarded by the couple’s booking source. A 3-night minimum stay is required per reservation in order to apply towards benefits. Benefits do not apply if couple’s reservation is made through an online travel agency. All rooms booked up to 60 days prior to travel will apply towards Wedding Groups Amenities. Any rooms booked less than 60 days prior to travel will not count towards amenities. Each room must stay a minimum of 3 nights to qualify towards the group benefits. Ceremony and private event locations are assigned based on group size and couple’s request. Locations for ceremony and private events are confirmed with the Onsite Wedding Coordinator. An Onsite Wedding Coordinator is assigned once the wedding proposal is paid in full and the couple is turned over to the hotel 45 days prior to the ceremony date. Cocktail and Reception must be held in the same location. If cocktail and reception are held in separate locations then additional fees will apply. Please consult your Wedding Specialist for these costs.

New SOLOGAMY PACKAGE

Brimming with luxuries such as breakfast in bed and drawn baths, our new Sologamy Package is all about self-indulgence. Invite your family and friends to witness as you say “I do” to your greatest relationship – the one with yourself.

Fees & Policies

Wedding collections must be reserved in advance. The complimentary collection will not apply if requested onsite. All reservations must be booked at least 1 month (31 days) prior to arrival. Dominican Registry office is open from Monday through Friday only.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos will provide couples with a variety of in-house services to choose from. A third party vendor fee of $1,500 USD will apply per outside vendor and entertainer hired by the couple and not contracted by the hotel as a preferred vendor. If vendor provides multiple services, the fee will apply per service. The fee covers one (1) person for one (1) day. Additional persons that work for vendors, or access on additional days, will be charged a day pass. At Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, a $1500 Vendor Supervision Fee and $500,000 Insurance Policy will be required for any third party vendor needing to carry out audiovisual work, bringing their own DJ equipment, or installing heavy duty materials (trussing structures, tents, hanging fabrics, etc) within our establishment. Wedding Ceremony can only be performed at the resort where the couple resides.

DRESS CODE: Formal or semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits. Groom may wear dressy shorts for ceremony only. For selected restaurants formal dress code applies.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • All weddings will require a $500 USD non-refundable deposit to confirm the wedding date and time.
  • The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the couple’s Wedding Proposal and can be used towards a Wedding Collection or optional services. If the couple chooses to change their wedding to a later time, then the remaining balance will be applied at the time of the requested change, if applicable.
  • Final payment for all wedding services are due 45 days prior to ceremony.
  • There will be a $500 late fee for any payments made 44 days or less prior to the wedding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the wedding, deposit is not refundable. All other payments are refundable.
  • Cancellations made 44 days or less prior to the wedding, all payments are non-refundable
Visa, Master Card & American Express are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort. ALL PRICES, PACKAGES AND REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
