Resort credit applies only towards:

GOLF: Valid for green fees and shared carts. Resort credit applies to regular-priced golf rounds, including green, twilight, and junior fees, but excludes all other fees. Some golf course services may not be included. Not valid for ProShop purchases. Additional services at the golf course may not be covered by this promotion and are subject to availability. Resort Credit cannot be used for equipment rental, extra rider fees, or tournament play. This promotion is subject to space and availability.

POSH® BEAUTY SALON: Resort credit is exclusively applicable to basic services and cannot be used for services with special promotions or discounts. SIGNATURE services listed in the Trendy Catalog are not eligible for the Resort credit promotion.

ROCK SPA®: Resort credit is not combinable or accumulative with other promotions or credits. It is not applicable to SIGNATURE services or other spa discounts.

Resort credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A 35% service fee applies to all services or activities. Information is subject to change without prior notice. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Restrictions apply based on capacities or operation days. Not combinable nor cumulative with other promotions or credits. Not combinable with other promotions, e.g., 30% spa discount or resort credits. Unused credit due to weather-related cancellations is non-refundable. Advance reservation is required for any service. ² Kids stay free applies per child (aged 4-12) per night. This must be reported when booking and must not exceed the maximum room capacity. An additional charge may apply if the child is not reported in the reservation at the time of booking or if the child exceeds 12 years of age at check-in.

³ Enjoy complimentary roundtrip transportation for two on a shared basis from PUJ Airport to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. Extra passenger is subject to a charge according to the regular rate. Free transfer for two applies for new reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This complimentary transportation applies to reservations made between 8 days and up to 6 months prior to the check in date. Book within this window to take advantage of this benefit!

To secure and confirm your pick-up, kindly email us at transferpc@hrhcpuntacana.com at least 8 days before your arrival. If requested within 7 days, regular fees will be applicable. This exclusive benefit is exclusively available for new direct reservations through www.hotel.hardrock.com/punta-cana/ and does not extend to groups, third-party bookings, weddings, discounted rates, special rates, online agencies, or tour operators.

Please note that the complimentary roundtrip transfer for two people is limited to travel from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to the hotel. If you are booking flights arriving at Las Americas Airport (SDQ), the complimentary transfer does not apply. However, this service can be arranged by contacting transferpc@hrhcpuntacana.com at least 8 days before arrival, subject to an additional charge. It is important to note that these additional fees must be prepaid before arrival. Additional terms and conditions may also be applicable.
