HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN A COUPLE RESERVE THEIR WEDDING?
We take reservations up to two years in advance.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY WEDDING COLLECTION?
It must be reserved at least 30 days in advance.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 32 GUESTS?
The couple would purchase additional chairs, which cost between $6 – $20 USD per chair, depending on the collection. The couple may also add an additional tier to their wedding cake to accommodate the additional number of guests. Additional tiers are priced at $100 per tier. Bottles of sparkling wine may also be purchased to accommodate the additional number of guests for the toast.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COMPLIMENTARY PRIVATE FUNCTIONS PROVIDED THROUGH OUR WEDDING GROUP BENEFITS?
The complimentary cocktail party included is for one hour and includes the location, high cocktail tables with standard linens, open bar, and hors d’oeuvres. The complimentary private function included is for two hours and includes the location, tables with standard linens, dinner, and open bar.

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE VENDORS?
A $1,500.00 fee is charged for each third party vendor. If the vendor provides multiple services, the $1,500.00 fee will apply per service per day. Each staff member of the vendors that require access to the property will need a vendor pass per person per day. Please consult with your Wedding Specialist for a variety of in-house services prior to choosing a third party vendor and for the costs associated with third party entertainment services. If the vendor stays on property for a minimum of 3 nights then the outside vendor fee and vendor passes are waived. The waiving of the fee and passes when staying on the property only applies for photographer, videographer, makeup/hairstylist, DJ (no equipment). The vendor must have their own reservation under their name. No local vendors from the Dominican Republic are allowed on property.

IS THERE A REQUIREMENT OF HOW MANY GUESTS MUST STAY AT THE PROPERTY TO ATTEND THE WEDDING & RECEPTION?
80% of the total number of guests are required to stay on property. The guests that do not stay on property are required to purchase a day pass. The hotel will only allow the purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests attending the wedding. Guests with wedding passes must leave the hotel by 11:00PM. The day passes are only guaranteed on the day of the ceremony.

We do not require a 7-night minimum stay, specific room category, or the number of rooms in order to receive the Complimentary Wedding Collection. Our Wedding Group Benefits gives every couple complimentary room nights, free room upgrades, and private events depending on the number of rooms within their group. Our Limitless Resort Credit allows the groups to customize their trip, such as tantalizing spa treatments and exceptional golf outings. Our All-Inclusive amenities include unlimited long distance phone calls to the Continental US and Canada, free Wi-Fi, double Hydro Spa Tubs, and a minibar that is restocked on a daily basis. We also feature unlimited à la carte dining and do not require reservations at any of our restaurants.
