To confirm transportation service, please email us at least 96 hours before your arrival by emailing vacationplanners@hrhriveramaya.com. Hours Monday to Sunday from 07:00 am to 8:00 pm. At least 4 days before arrival date with your reservation information: Full name, Hotel name, Airline, Flight number, Arrival date and time, and number of passengers. Extra passengers are subject to a regular rate charge. Valid only for online reservations. It does not apply to third-party bookings. Subject to availability, other restrictions may apply. 3 Children stay free! This applies to children up to 12 years of age. Children's ages must be notified at the time of booking and accurate at the time of travel (proof of age will be required at check-in).
