³ Free round-trip transportation for two people on a shared basis from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and from the hotel to the airport (CUN). To confirm transportation service, please email us at least 96 hours before your arrival by emailing vacationplanners@hrhriveramaya.com. Hours Monday to Sunday from 07:00 am to 8:00 pm. At least 4 days before arrival date with your reservation information: Full name, Hotel name, Airline, Flight number, Arrival date and time, and number of passengers.
