Pride cocktail at RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge

There’s no better way to toast to self-expression, love, and community than with a cocktail that’s as bold and beautiful as Pride itself. Enter the Love Who You Are, a strikingly vibrant cocktail that celebrates individuality in every sip. Featuring Cardinal Spirits Pride Vodka and a dazzling splash of blue spirulina, this drink isn’t just delicious—it’s a statement.

Whether you’re hosting a Pride party or just raising a glass to yourself, this is the perfect cocktail to stir up some celebration.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Blue Spirulina Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1.5 oz Cardinal Spirits Pride Vodka
  • Sugar (for rim)
  • Pink candy heart (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Glass. Take a chilled martini or coupe glass and run a lime wedge around the rim. Dip it into a plate of sugar to create a sparkling, sweet rim.
  2. Mix It Up. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine:
    • 0.5 oz blue spirulina simple syrup
    • 0.75 oz lime juice
    • 1 oz Cointreau
    • 1.5 oz Cardinal Spirits Pride Vodka
    • 0.5 oz blue spirulina simple syrup
  3. Shake It With Pride. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds—just like you’d dance at a Pride parade.
  4. Pour & Serve. Strain into your sugar-rimmed glass and watch that mesmerizing hue pour in like a prism of possibility.
  5. Garnish with Love. Top it off with a pink candy heart—because every great cocktail deserves a little sweetness and a reminder to love who you are.

Whether you're sipping solo or sharing with friends, this cocktail is here to make a statement. It's not just a drink, it’s a celebration in a glass.

And if you want to experience it with skyline views, good vibes, and live music, there’s only one place to be: RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge.
