An ode to love, we invite you to recreate our signature Velvet Martini at home or make a reservation and enjoy this decadent cocktail with us.
Ingredients
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- 1.2 oz. Frangelico (or hazelnut liquor)
- 1 oz. Almond Milk
- 1 ½ oz. Tito’s Vodka
- ½ cup of dark chocolate (for the chocolate rim)
- Strawberry (for the garnish)
How to Make The Velvet Martini
For the chocolate rim
- Melt a ½ cup of dark chocolate over low heat until liquid like consistency.
- Hold the glassware upside down by the stem and lightly brush the edge and side of the glass along the top of the melted chocolate.
- Let any excess chocolate drip off and place the glass in freezer until the chocolate hardens.
For the Martini
- Combine the ingredients in your favorite shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Double strain into a chocolate rimmed coup glass.
- Garnish with a strawberry.
