Valid only for guests aged 16 and over. Reservation required at least 48 hours in advance by sending an email to rockspa@hrhtenerife.com and awaiting confirmation from the establishment. Subject to availability. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the service will be considered redeemed. If you do not show up at the agreed time, the booking will be considered redeemed and the amount paid at the time of booking (the total cost of the experience) will not be refunded.
