Bring your furry companion along and enjoy a memorable beachfront getaway together, complete with pet-friendly amenities and designated areas designed for both you and your pet.

Our Pet Policy

Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya welcomes your furry companions. Please note the following pet policies and amenities:

• A THB 500 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet, per night.
• A maximum of one pet weighing up to 12 kg, or two pets with a combined weight not exceeding 23 kg, is permitted per room.
• Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly guest rooms and approved areas, including the hotel garden and the Pizzeria terrace.
• For your pet's safety, Housekeeping will service your room only when:
  • your pet is not in the room; or
  • you are present and your pet is on a leash or secured in a pet carrier.
• A pet gift set is available for purchase in your room.
• Proof of current vaccinations must be provided to the hotel prior to arrival during the reservation process.
• As part of the Unleashed Program, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya will make a donation on your behalf to a local animal charity.

Remark: Service animals, as defined by applicable law, are not considered pets. Guests accompanied by service animals are therefore exempt from this pet policy.
