DonationIn support of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day in March every year, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is supporting our local foundation "Tamar Center," which helps women who would like to stop working in bars and being prostitutes.
During this month, various events, programs, and initiatives are organized to highlight the accomplishments of women, empower them, and also raise money to support the foundation.
This October, Hard Rock Hotels around the world encourage you to join the fight against breast cancer with numerous ways to participate in raising funds for research and raising awareness for the cause. Hard Rock will host a variety of events and experiences from live concerts, to special spa experiences, pink room takeovers, exclusive culinary offerings and more. Every Hard Rock Hotel will feature curated Stronger Together pink albums and custom designed pink guitars which can be borrowed to “play pink” , with a suggested donation. Fans and guests will also have the opportunity to honor loved ones and nominate a survivor, caregiver, or someone impacted to win all-inclusive getaways to a Hard Rock HotelsIn honor of the 25th anniversary of Pinktober, Hard Rock Hotels will donate 25 vacations encouraging guests to stay strong.
Initiated by Hard Rock Pattaya in 2011, Rock the Lunch takes place on a monthly basis, we visit selected schools which have a limited budget for children’s meals, prepare and serve them fresh lunch. Our own Rockers put on a show and the children really have fun and leave energized. Until Now, we have catered the Lunches for 81 times.
A program to support school students in Grade 7 through to Grade 12 (Age 13-18) from low income backgrounds by granting funds for their education through a committee formed by the Hotel executives and School officials.
Scholarships are awarded to government school students to study in Grade 7; each student will receive a fund of Bt. 25,000-30,000 per year until they graduate at grade 12 and/or a vocational diploma.
The scholarship is designed to help the student and respective families buy uniforms, books, stationery and for the student to participate extra-curricular educational activities. This program was initiated in 2014 and having 36 students under its care in 2020. With an impact of COVID 19, the program forced to stop in October 2020.
Currently, the Program awarded the Scholarship to 3 Students.
Initiated in 2023, We raise Fund, Call for Donation, Voluntary Work to support “ Banglamung Wildlife Breeding Center”. To date we have done this for 4 Occasions.
• Asian Black Bear is classed by the IUCN as a vulnerable species, mostly due to deforestation and active hunting for its body parts.
• The preliminary results show that number of Asiatic black bear is approximately only at 300 individuals.
• Black bears are important in maintaining the ecological systems in their forests.
Our own non Chemical Farming on site, In collaboration with The King’s Project of Agricultural Promotion, Demonstration and Training Center at Wat Yarnasangwararam, which provides education and resources to persons/organizations interested to farm organically. A mission to produce our own organically grown vegetables, herbs and fruits used for our in house menus / turndown items.
Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya organized a special luncheon for Pattaya City Environmental Department crews, garbage collectors, and public area cleaners in Pattaya City. We wanted to give back to the people who work so hard to keep Pattaya City clean and beautiful. The event was organized at Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya and led by Mr. Jorge Carlos Smith, General Manager. During the luncheon, the Pattaya City Environmental Department members were treated to signature Hard Rock cuisine, including the Hard Rock Original Legendary® Burger, Hickory-Smoked Ribs, and more.
Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya put the fun into fundraising by organizing the annual charity fundraiser and hosting a special concert. The funds raised from concert ticket sales, donations and auction were over a THB 1,000,000 and all proceeds were donated to the H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Srinthorn Charity Fund and Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Philanthropic Projects: Rock the School, Rock the Lunch, and Rock the Farm.
