Hard Rock Cafe Goes Full on Red

February 26, 2020

The Hard Rock Café is doing more than tugging on heart strings this Valentine’s Day. Nothing starts a meal quite like a martini… a raspberry martini. The menu which has always been tried and true, has been tweaked with the addition of lobster flatbread, a lobster cobb salad and a choice of a juicy filet or NY strip steak. For the finishing touch, add a thick slice of chocolate cake drizzled with raspberry sauce.

What makes this a perfect arrangement… is you.  Pick your flowers and build your own bouquet, then give it to that special someone.

‘Naughty or Nice’?

At the Sugar Factory there is definitely a choice to make.  It is time to define yourself by how  you celebrate this particular holiday. But the beauty is that you have all month. So, this February you can raise a Diamond Rose’ Goblet filled with Vanderpump Rose’ in a toast to your inner niceness. Or not.  You can also choose to go dark with a Heart of Love Insane Milkshake; a cookies and cream milkshake, dark red chocolate ganache, dark chocolate dipped Rice Krispy Treats, dark chocolate hearts, dark chocolate dipped strawberries, and dark chocolate sprinkles.  It’s not a dark side that you can easily come back from.

A Bow to Love at Kuro

If you are looking for passion in food, Kuro had added its own flare to their menu. On the 14th of February, you will be able to dine on West Coast Oysters with pomegranate, yuzu, and shiso. For a main dish you’ll find Scallops with carrots, shishito and asparagus. And for those couples who spend $150 or over, there will be a special gift; a complimentary bottle of Rose’ champagne and an entry pass to DAER Nightclub for the evening of Friday, February 14th.

Seeking Council

At Council Oaks Steak and Seafood, not only are there creative additions to the menu on Valentine’s Day, but there is an education to be had on the 15th from 2-4 pm in the afternoon.

Council Oaks starts with festivities of the heart. Begin your evening with a Burrata topped with roasted squash, apple, pistou and a pecan truffled honey vinaigrette. Then, continue with either an extraordinary version of Surf and Turf, a wood-fired grilled filet mignon and lobster saute with a spicy lobster sauce, or Dry Boat Scallops with a Kohlrabi puree, and hazelnut, golden raisins, and brown butter.  All this to be followed on Saturday by a class on sparkling wine and champagne. Toast the regions of Spain, Italy, France, South African and North America as well as with a special tribute to Moet and Chandon from France.

Book a room or two at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City today and discover what the Hard Rock experience, and all that Atlantic City, has to offer.
